Preheat oven to 375°F.
Over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan. Add broccoli, red pepper, onion and garlic; sauté until vegetables are soft. With the remaining butter, grease the sides and bottom of an 8" round tart dish or pie plate.
Spoon vegetables into the baking dish and sprinkle with the Swiss and Feta cheeses, salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cream and eggs until smooth. Pour egg mixture over vegetables and cheese. Bake for 40 minutes, or until set.

• Use Pathmark packaged broccoli florets, breaking into smaller pieces.
• Use pre-crushed garlic from a jar as an alternative to cloves of garlic.
• For the meat lover... add 4 strips of crumbled pre-cooked bacon.
